1. Coverage (30 days)

Every part carries a 30-day warranty from the delivery date. Mount failures confirmed within the period are resolved by replacement or refund.

All parts are burn-in tested on test modules before listing.

2. Used (reclaimed) parts notice

Parts are reclaimed (desoldered) from modules. Cosmetic variations from prior use (marking wear, reball traces) may exist and are not defects. Each product page carries a 'Used (reclaimed)' badge.

3. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Physical damage (ball damage, cracks) · damage during customer-side reballing/rework · overvoltage/reverse-voltage damage · claims after 30 days from delivery

4. Claim process

① File a claim with your order code + email (a CL- code is issued) → ② we send a prepaid return label → ③ returned part is re-verified → ④ confirmed defects are replaced or refunded. Parts that test OK are returned with the verification result.
