Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms govern the use of RAMMOA, operated by 주식회사 리솔더웍스 (the 'Company'), covering the sale of memory IC parts and the faulty-RAM buyback service.
Article 2 (Nature of products)
Products are used parts reclaimed from modules, sold by part number. All parts pass mount testing and carry a 30-day warranty (see Warranty Policy).
Article 3 (Orders & payment)
Orders are placed without an account. Payment is by bank transfer; orders unpaid after 48 hours are automatically cancelled and stock is restored.
A mismatch between the depositor name entered at checkout and the actual transfer may delay confirmation.
Article 4 (Delivery)
Payments confirmed before 3 PM KST on business days ship the same day. Details follow the Shipping, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Article 5 (Buyback service)
Buyback proceeds as: intake → inspection → quote → settlement. Quotes expire if not accepted by the reply deadline. Accepted quotes are settled to the registered account; declined items are returned (shipping collect).
Article 6 (Limitation of liability)
The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. Mounting/rework requires professional skill; the Company is not liable for damage or consequential loss arising from customer-side work.
Article 7 (Disputes)
Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Contact: contact@rammoa.example
