Privacy Policy
1. Data collected & purposes
We collect the minimum personal data needed to provide the service: name, email, phone (optional), shipping address (orders), settlement bank account (buyback) — used for order processing, delivery, transactional notifications, quotes/settlement, and support.
2. Retention
Data is destroyed once its purpose is fulfilled, except where Korean e-commerce law requires retention: contract/withdrawal records 5 years, payment/supply records 5 years, consumer dispute records 3 years.
Restock-alert emails are deleted after the alert is sent or upon withdrawal request.
3. Third parties & outsourcing
We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. Processing is entrusted only as needed to run the service:
Shipping carriers: delivery and returns (recipient, address, phone) / Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, database and photo storage, transactional email (see section 4, Overseas transfer).
4. Overseas transfer of personal data
We use overseas cloud infrastructure to operate the site, store data, and send transactional email; personal data is therefore stored and processed outside Korea (notice under Article 28-8 of PIPA).
Transferee: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — privacy@cloudflare.com / Data transferred: order details (name, email, phone, shipping address, depositor name), buyback and warranty-claim submissions including attached photos, inquiry content / Countries: the USA and other countries hosting Cloudflare data centres / When & how: transmitted over the network at the time you use the service / Purpose: website hosting (Workers), database storage (D1), photo storage (R2), transactional email (Email Sending) / Retention: same as section 2 above.
You may refuse the overseas transfer, but as it is essential to providing the service, refusal may prevent you from placing orders or filing buyback/claim requests. To refuse, contact admin@rammoa.com.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at any time via admin@rammoa.com or the contact page. Guest order data is verified with order code + email before processing.
6. Privacy officer
