Shipping, Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Shipping

Orders with payment confirmed before 3 PM KST on business days ship the same day; later confirmations ship the next business day.

Parts are packed in ESD-safe trays/shield bags. The standard domestic shipping fee is KRW 3,000.

We ship worldwide from Seoul — contact us for country-specific rates and lead times.

2. Exchange & Refund (30-day warranty)

Parts confirmed defective on mounting within 30 days of delivery are exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges/refunds go through the warranty claim process: file a claim (order code + email) → we send a prepaid return label → re-verification → replacement or refund. Track progress on the claim page.

All parts are used (reclaimed). See the Warranty Policy for full coverage and exclusions.

3. Change-of-mind returns

Unopened, unmounted parts can be returned within 7 days of delivery (statutory withdrawal). Round-trip shipping is at the buyer's expense. Once opened or mounted, returns are limited to warranty claims for mount failures.

4. Order cancellation

Bank-transfer orders are automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 48 hours. A reminder email is sent 6 hours before the deadline.

To cancel after payment but before shipment, contact us and we will refund after confirmation.
